This so-called property management firm, headed by the uneducated scam artist Brian O’Neill routinely defrauds residents and defaults on contractual obligations. Their consistent track record of failures (see Londonbury, Lofts Valley Forge, and now Royal Worthington) basically involves running developments into the ground and then frantically looting whatever assets they can before being replaced with a real management firm (like Greystar, Bozzuto, etc.). After working with this company for years I can say with confidence that ONeill is no peer of theirs. Any publicly traded corporation planning to do business with Oneill Properties (retaining as property manager, providing credit facility, vendors, etc.) is doing a substantial disservice to shareholders by trusting O'Neill in any business transaction..
