Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at 150 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

I had an appointment at this location this evening at 5 PM. At 4:10 PM, they called me to say that they didn't have any massage therapists available because "the time was blacked out but not booked." They deny having any responsibility for this, and said that the person who took my call must not have been able to find my account. I pointed out that this is obviously a lie, since they have my phone number and address, which I did not give them when I booked. They refused to address this discrepancy in their story.

I asked them if they would give me any sort of compensation for this, as we were supposed to have a couples' massage for my girlfriend's birthday. They refused to answer, and hung up. When I called back, they picked up the phone and placed it on the desk. I could hear them laughing and talking but no one was responding to me. I have been a member of hand and Stone for three years, and today is my absolute last day. Do not go to this location for any reason.

EDIT: Today, the day after they claimed to not have properly pulled up my account, I got a welcome email thanking me for signing up for their newsletter. They lied right to my face and then lied again when I confronted them about it.
