Bassett Home Furnishings at 611 West Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Nice showroom and staff. Huge drawback is furniture delivery time!! 4-6 weeks!! We ordered a bed and were informed that because it was already in warehouse we could get it in 2 weeks! Is the warehouse in TX?? Anyway, we got it and they had wrong footboard. A queen instead of a king. I'm thinking simple fix, go to warehouse and get proper piece, maybe a few days max. Nooo, 2 1/2 weeks later, they finally brought correct piece.
Store people kept blaming warehouse for delay. This was not a custom order. And we were told it was in stock and ready to go. Also, they use a 3rd party delivery service.
Learned my lesson, never again with Bassett. Mealey's and Raymour & Flanigan offer much better delivery and sometimes at no cost. Bassett also CHARGES you to wait!! No thanks!
